Need A Musician? After playing the piano for more than 27 years, Mark has built up a considerable amount of experience as a performer, accompanist and arranger. For over 5 years he worked as the main rehearsal pianist for Sing Live UK’s North-East branch, working alongside highly-regarded musical director, arranger and vocal coach Gary Griffiths. Hand-picked by Gary to help him get the new Inspiration choir off the ground at The Sage Gateshead, Mark continues to build on his experience and is happy to hear from anyone that may need an accompanist or an arrangement in any style.

Teaching Mark has taught piano for over 15 years, and is happy to tailor lessons to whatever style or for whatever reason. Some people study for exams, whilst some people play for fun. Some play classical music, some want to play rock, whilst some love jazz. You may want to learn to read music or just want to play along to some of your favourite CDs. Someone once even learned a specific song to surprise a family member at a wedding! However, at this stage, Mark is not taking on any new pupils in order to concentrate on his new "spare time project": a PhD....
